am i getting enough sleep?

i just told my grandma about how i got those staring spells and she said that i might not have got enough sleep. i always call maurice at 9:00 pm when i'm at my mom's house and i go to bed right after i call him (maurice usually calls me at 9 pm when i'm at my place). i wake up at about 7 am every morning but this morning i woke up at 8 am. right now my mom asked me why i told my grandma that i had those spells and i said that i told her because something could be wrong with me and then she started complaining that my grandma and i think "this" is easy for her and somehow she's making it seem like we're putting a lot of work on her, maybe i'll understand what "this" is and what she's complaining about when she can tell me. she's not happy if she doesn't have anything to complain about, i'll just let her ramble on madly to herself now.
